This 1911 part made by Champion HardTrue is a two-piece design to fully support the recoil spring and make your firearm cycle smoother. HardTrue designing prevents spring bind, thus making slide takedown fast and simple. Long wearing, shock-resistant head and hardened stainless steel shaft stands up to the task at hand.
The Champion HardTrue 6" model provides increased support for government-length pistols equipped with full-style compensators or extended reverse plugs. Champion HardTrue guide rods are enterless ground and heat-treated which provides for better function and decreased wear. Full-length designing eliminates spring binding and provides more reliable feeding, extraction and ejection.
The angle of the treads in our two-piece guide rods were designed to prevent the guide rod from unscrewing and do not require over tightening.
We also give you the option of purchasing the desired Wolff Precision Recoil Spring of your choice at a reduced package price.
